What is Student Advocacy Academy?

The JNCL-NCLIS Student Advocacy Academy is an interactive learning experience designed to prepare students across the United States to advocate for language education.

Through guided sessions and hands-on activities, students learn how to communicate their experiences, understand the importance of language policy, and confidently speak up for language learning.

This program is designed not just to inform—but to empower.

WLL will also cover the registration fee of $50 so your academy experience will be free of charge. A confirmation email will be sent to students who are successfully registered. WLL will send an email congragulating you if you are choosen to participate in this program. We hope you see this opportunity as just the beginning of your advocacy journey. Your voice matters, and WLL would love to be part of that journey—not only by supporting you today, but also by standing beside you and connecting you with future opportunities to learn, lead, and advocate. Let's advocate together and show the world the power of student voices!
