The GEM (Global Education Model) Award program is designed to support educators and initiatives that advance global awareness, multicultural understanding, and interdisciplinary learning experiences.

The GEM program focuses on the following areas:

• Global Learning Initiatives: Activities that promote cross-cultural exchange, sister-school partnerships, and international-mindedness.
   

• Curriculum and Instructional Innovation: Development of globally focused curriculum units, instructional practices, and learning experiences.
   

• Student Leadership and Service: Projects that empower students to engage with global issues, cultural understanding, and community impact.
